Handle and support Sales Ops application related issues. Perform system study and solution building for data processing and automation solutions. Analyze system requirements and interfaces, study custom regulations and support for customs related applications and related Sales Ops systems. Interact with business users to understand technical issues. Convert requirements into business and technical specifications. Troubleshoot problems to keep business operations up and running within a given service level agreement using JHS, IBM fault analyzer and debugger tools. Automate handling of issues to ensure accuracy with less human effort. Perform coding, debugging, verifying, deploying and production support for applications using tools such as IBM file manager, SPUFI, JCL, Rexx, DB2, MQ Series, and CICS. Coordinate between our client, IT and third-party vendors. $100,000/year.
