Hemraj Singh Rana serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer, where he leads the organization’s overall vision, strategy, and execution. He is responsible for aligning investments, driving sustainable business growth, and ensuring consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across the enterprise.

With over 26 years of leadership experience in Digital Product Engineering and Design Services within the Mobility and Manufacturing industries, Hemraj has a proven track record of building and managing large-scale global client relationships. He has previously held key leadership roles at GlobalLogic and KPIT, where he was instrumental in establishing strategic partnerships and driving complex global programs.

During his tenure at KPIT and GlobalLogic, Hemraj spearheaded several strategic growth initiatives that significantly strengthened the company’s leadership position in the mobility software and services space.

Hemraj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. Based in Detroit, USA, he enjoys sports and outdoor adventures in his leisure time.

With over 25 years of experience, he has built and led technology organizations across manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, financial services, and critical infrastructure sectors.

Prior to joining Ferfier, Vipul held leadership roles at Birlasoft, KPIT Technologies, GEPL Capital, and Anand Rathi Securities. He has successfully built global innovation practices, scaled emerging technology businesses, and delivered large-scale digital and AI transformation programs across North America, Europe, and Asia.

An entrepreneur and technology innovator, Vipul is the founder of VK Design Labs and has developed AI-driven platforms focused on critical power reliability and EV battery intelligence.
