Our client, a Bangkok-based automotive company, is embarking on an advanced digital and AI-driven transformation. As part of this journey, we are hiring an AI Scientist through our System Integration firm. The selected candidate will work remotely while collaborating closely with both our internal teams and the client’s stakeholders, driving innovative AI solutions in predictive analytics and intelligent systems.
Location: Remote (serving client in Bangkok, Thailand)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive analytics models for automotive industry use cases (e.g., demand forecasting, customer behavior, operational efficiency).
- Leverage Python for advanced data processing, feature engineering, and machine learning pipelines.
- Work hands-on with Microsoft Azure Cloud for AI/ML workflows, including training, deployment, and scaling models.
- Collaborate with Databricks for large-scale data engineering and modeling tasks.
- Contribute to research and application of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) in real-world scenarios.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (data engineers, business analysts, and client stakeholders) to ensure models align with business objectives.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset—eager to learn, adopt best practices, and explore emerging AI trends.
- Communicate findings clearly in fluent English, ensuring transparency and collaboration across distributed teams.

Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of proven experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
- Strong foundation in predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and related ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Experience with Azure AI/ML ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Databricks or readiness to quickly adopt.
- Understanding of LLMs/SLMs concepts and potential applications.
- Excellent communication and collaborative attitude in a remote, multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing-related domains.
- Exposure to MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, governance).
- Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and AI ethics.
