The role entails carrying out the following key tasks:
- AWS ITOps/ CloudOps administrators need to work closely with the clients in US, Europe and Australia and will be part of AWS support team
- Good experience in migrating and managing applications on AWS hosting environment
- Design and implement application-hosting solutions on different AWS environment like dev, stage and prod.
- Excellent communication skills and team player.
- Should be able to work in rotating shifts in a 24×7-support environment.
- Proactive Problem Management, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of technical issues of multiple AWS services that may be reported over Jira/ SNOW ticketing tool

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- B. Tech CS/ BCA/ MCA or any related degree in computer science
- Total work experience 4-5 years
- At least 2 years’ experience with AWS
- Experience on Microsoft Windows (Servers) or Linux OS (Ubuntu, RHEL. Nginx)
- Knowledge or experience on any scripting language (PowerShell/Bash/ Python)
- Good knowledge on managing AWS cloud services- EC2, VPC, Load Balancer, Route53, Auto Scaling, CloudFront, S3, EBS, RDS, DynamoDB
- Experience/ knowledge of web services like IIS/ Apache/ Tomcat/ Nginx and SSL Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Hands-on in deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud Infrastructure
- Understanding of DNS services and CDN technology (AWS CloudFront)
- Good knowledge on web services (http/https) error codes
- Basic knowledge on SFTP and monitoring tools like Nagios/ Grafana/ Kibana/ Prometheus
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge on CloudFormation, Terraform and Ansible
- CI/ CD Pipeline
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN/ WAN) concepts & technologies
