Replacing a Third-Party Tool with a Scalable In-House Module
A narrow but essential dealer-contact capability inside this Fortune 500 Global Auto OEM’s field portal was owned by an external vendor which meant ongoing license fees, fixed capacity, and every enhancement routed through a third party.
